Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Item must be in its original condition (unused, unworn, with all tags attached)
- Original packaging must be intact
- Return must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
- A valid proof of purchase (order number) is required
Important Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:
- Gloves
- Footwear that shows signs of wear
- Personalized or custom-ordered equipment
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions, including the return shipping address.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, include all accessories and documentation, and affix the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Step 4: Processing Your Return/Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days after arrival), we’ll notify you via email about the status of your refund or the shipment of your exchange.
Refund Information
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and approve your return. Depending on your payment method and financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account (typically 5-10 business days).
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.
Exchange Policy
If you need a different size, color, or product, we’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your desired replacement isn’t available, we’ll issue a refund or offer a store credit.
Damaged or Defective Items

International Returns
For international customers (excluding certain Asian and remote regions), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. All customs fees and duties for returns are the customer’s responsibility.
