Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment

International Customers: We ship worldwide (excluding certain Asian and remote regions). Please note that customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your golf equipment. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns process.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Return must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number) is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Gloves
  • Footwear showing signs of wear
  • Personalized or custom-ordered equipment

Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange

Email our customer service team at [email protected] with:

  • Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
  • Email body including:
    • Your order number
    • Item(s) to return/exchange
    • Reason for return/exchange
    • For exchanges: desired replacement details

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days), we’ll notify you about your refund status or exchange shipment.

Refund Information

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after approval. Depending on your payment method and financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days to appear on your account.
  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.

Exchange Policy

We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your desired replacement isn’t available, we’ll issue a refund or offer store credit.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and may provide a prepaid return label.
